Currently zoned as light industrial, this
30 acre, crescent shaped property was a challenging land planning puzzle for
WAI.Working with the property owners
and City Officials, WAI created a mixed use development that complies with
Catoosa's Planning and Zoning regulations as well as the owner's economic
goals.
A variety of uses has been created to
inject sales tax revenues for restaurant pad sales, create multi-family housing
opportunities and lot sales for small businesses and build-to-suit
construction.
