Development Group has been a repeat client of WAI for over twelve years.It was only natural to be selected for their
new corporate offices.The structure was
originally the service garage for Tulsa's first Buick Dealership.
The
22,000 SF facility was given a breath of new life with this adaptive re-use
project.The all brick facade was
tuck-pointed, repaired and painted.New
energy efficient windows and cast stone lintels, copings and parapets were
constructed to blend with the original early 1900's architecture.
Interiors
were kept open with systems furniture.Original building materials of exposed concrete were left, new indirect
lighting was installed as well as skylights.The interiors are clean, contemporary and functional.
