provided land planning services to the City of Glenpool for a proposed
destination retail development.The
property is located along a busy highway at a cross-county connector roadway.
A
water feature with fountains and recirculating pumps / storm water drainage
pond was created as a focal point to the overall development.New internal boulevards and road system would
be constructed to connect the development to the arterial highways, as well as
a create access points for out-parcel pads.Avoiding a grid street layout was a priority of the City of
Glenpool.The new street system creates
a relaxed feel, that will be landscaped and well-lit.
Out-parcel
pads were created for hotels, restaurants, a bank and professional services.
