Located near the gulf coast in Beaumont, TX  this 23,000 SF neighborhood retail center is another example of WAI's ability to  design for local conditions while maintaining the client's budget constraints.  Conceived as an upscale, boutique destination center, the project has drawn tenants and customers from a broad geographic area. 

Design features include extensive landscaping, a fountain, plazas, site furnishings, clay tile roofs, wrought iron, cast stone and stucco.  Pastel colors were used to create a tropical, casual beach atmosphere.

SR Properties of Dallas, TX., pre-leased space to Pei Wei Restaurants, McAlister's Deli, James Avery Craftsman and Stewart Title Company.  The project was fully leased by the time construction was completed in 2006.
