Development Group of Tulsa, OK provided Cancer Care Associates with a new
12,000 SF build-to-suit facility designed by WAI.
From
6 residential lots, WAI created enough parking and green space to meet the
needs of this busy out-patient cancer treatment center.The project includes offices for six
oncologists, 18 exam rooms, x-ray, on site lab, on site pharmacy as well as a
chemotherapy infusion room.
WAI
was respectful of the adjacent historic neighborhood of bungalow style single
familyhomes.The final building blends well with the
surroundings.
