The
new home for Intervest Properties, Brookside 33 is an in-fill project in the
Brookside Neighborhood of Tulsa.Originally two residences occupied the land than now comprises three,
two-story offices.Each building has a
unique interior floor plan, while the exteriors of the three buildings are
similar in appearance.Exteriors are
clean, contemporary without being edgy.
Unifying
design elements include Austin stone, mill finish storefront, galvanized
standing seam metal roofs and glass canopies.The project complied with the City of Tulsa Brookside Neighborhood
Development Standards as well as Tulsa Planned Unit Development
requirements.
